It’s all in the Details
“We see our brides wanting to make statements either with low back detailing or to shine in one of our art deco inspired beaded styles,” says a representative from Moonlight Bridal. The lace in this style enhances the bride’s curves while the back detailing makes a dramatic statement on her big day.

Be Yourself
“This season, I feel the key trend for brides is personality,” says Jean-Ralph Thurin. “Your wedding dress is the most important dress you will wear. It should be a complete representation of who you are and that can be through a sexy neckline, a dramatic train or glitzy embellishments.” This design is sleek and sexy, showing off the bride’s figure while staying classic in its shape.

Bride on a Budget
For brides-to-be who plan to “say yes to the dress" in 2015, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida offers a range of options in its retail stores across the region. The non-profit’s Winter Park boutique, located at 759 Orange Avenue, has the broadest selection of wedding gown styles, with designer names such as Vera Wang and Gloria Vanderbilt frequently arriving to the racks.
Most are priced at $79.99 and up, and dresses tagged with the color of the week are 50 percent off. An intricately beaded Oleg Cassini sheath was recently spotted for $85. Other gowns on the rack included vintage details, trend-setting accent colors, lace overlays, ruched chiffon and a variety of other styles and features appropriate for any season or level of formality. Also available are petticoats, veils and shoes for a fraction of the price shoppers would pay in a bridal store.
Plus, shopping and donating at Goodwill directly supports job training and placement programs that help Central Floridians find meaningful work. For more information, visit www.goodwillcfl.org.
